Holiday weeks are so-o--o-o-o-o-o-o-o confusing. Monday comes on Tuesday and there is no Wednesday and before you know it, it's Friday and the week is gone and Football is back. I will try to keep everything straight this week and see how it goes.
I started a new exercise program this morning, adding 30 minutes to the morning workout and attending the power class. I have step aerobics scheduled this afternoon. I have to take this a tad more seriously for the rest of the year. After a good 75 day, 18 pound start this year, I sort of slipped and am now 270 days into the year only down 3 pounds. Vigilance is a must! So, starting over again on the first day of the rest of my life.
