New Year's Day was spent as well it should be, with family. We all gathered for fellowship, football, homemade pizza and fun. Our family loves pizza and by making our own, we control the quantity of the less than healthy ingredients. A couple of slices of pepperoni will flavor a whole lot of of pizza without the calories of covering the entire pie ala a "meat lovers" at Pizza Hut. Ultra lite low calorie, low carb beer is a nice addition.
