Exercise change

Going to try to up my exercise time by 15 min. a day this week and also to change the type of exercise a bit on at least 2 days. :)

    i started interval training, treadmill for 12min then do weights, back on the treadmill for a different program for 12mmin, back to different weights etc.

Weigh in day

Thankful for a 1 lb. loss. The big thing though is that I didn't get on the scale for a whole week, until weigh--in day. That was harder than I thought it would be! Let's see if I can do that for another week and keep this streak going. :)

Since I have gotten treated for restless leg syndrome I have been able to sleep so much better! I guess I had forgotten how to really feel GOOD!
Also have decided to quit letting the scales dictate my mood for the day. Which means only getting on those scales on weigh in day. :) Yay - go me!!! emoticon emoticon

Back on track now, not later!

Allowed myself to go a little overboard last evening eating. However, this morning it is back on track with eating right and exercising! :)
