Only did 15 min. of exercise today, however I think that was good enough after spending most of the night up with a very sick little boy!
Leaving today for TN to see family members I haven't seen in 1 1/2 yrs. Can't wait to catch up on everything with them. Hope to get in some exercise while there, perhaps swimming and walking. See you in a week! :)
Lost 4 lbs. this week - I think it has to be due to being pretty sick, but I'll take it and be glad!
Got off track when my computer crashed and I couldn't access this web site (didn't realize how much it helped me!) Anyway today is a new day with a new computer and I am ready to get back on track!
The good and the bad = bad first - the scales didn't go down as hoped for. :(
The good = I can now fit into a smaller size jean - that is two sizes lost since I began this journey! Yay!!!!!! :)
