Well, my husband is on sick leave for the next 6 wks. or so. Will have to see how this affects my exercise routine. He is generally very supportive of my efforts though, so I'm not anticipating much problems. :)
Been going through a rough time with my husband, but God is good and he is on the mend! :)
Have been able to pretty much keep up with the January Challenge though and it has really been a big help to getting the scales on the downward trend again. Yes!
This was the challenge for today from my motivational Spark Coach. Hmmmm.....
1. That I have learned to love exercise, do it almost daily and enjoy it.
2. Am sticking very close to my calorie range most days.
3. That I have stuck with Sparkpeople even when I wasn't doing so well.
