Am trying the new spark coach plateau program. Hoping it will help me start losing weight again. Not having trouble with exercising, I enjoy it. But have a hard time staying in my calorie range! Hoping to renew my commitment to that! Have lost about 15 lbs. - would like to lose 10 more.
Got all ready for church yesterday and then decided I felt too bad to go after all. :( I hate missing sunday service, especially when my praise team is scheduled to minister, but sometimes it just can't be helped. Ended up sleeping most of the day. Anyway, I feel much better today! :)
My Woo Hoo moment was when I realized that I am enjoying the journey! I enjoy exercising and eating right. I don't have to wait until I reach my goal to enjoy the moment - I can enjoy it now! What a revelation to me!
Well, the vegetarian thing didn't go too well - I enjoyed all the fruits and vegetables, but I didn't lose, I gained a lb. :( Anyway, this week I am trying to up my exercise time a bit. We'll see how that goes. :)
