Have really learned alot from the plateau busting SparkCoach program. Gave me lots of practical tips to get my weight loss moving again. Guess I will try the motivational program next. :)
The scale has been pretty much stuck for awhile now. Been trying to get below 160lbs. Friday is my weigh in and when I got on the scales they had dropped 6 lbs. It took me a minute to realize that yes, it said less than 160 - then I decided the battery must need to be replaced. LOL My husband did that and guess what! I really did lose that much! Yay!!!!!!
Am trying the new spark coach plateau program. Hoping it will help me start losing weight again. Not having trouble with exercising, I enjoy it. But have a hard time staying in my calorie range! Hoping to renew my commitment to that! Have lost about 15 lbs. - would like to lose 10 more.
It is always a blessing to go to church on Sunday morning! It just starts the week off right for me! Sunny, but cold out there today - no snow yet. :)

As I do a bit of Sparking I am playing my DH's favotite gospel DVDs: Two by Gold City and another by the Gaither Group. The songs are comforting to us old-timers.
