Thought I was going to do my aerobic dance routine today, but guess what - I couldn't get the DVD machine to work! So, Rocky (my dog) and I went for a nice walk on the fitness trail here in town. Fun!

Here it is monday again already. My weight dropped a little and I'm ready to do my exercise routine. :)

I am really enjoying this web site! It has so much to offer - including the motivation I need. I had about given up losing weight - but hope is back! YES!

I was really tired today from lack of sleep last night - However I MADE myself do my exercise routine anyway. Why? I didn't want to break my exercise streak! emoticon

This chapter really caused me to examine the reasons behind my desire to lose weight. Several things come to mind - I want to be able to feel better about myself - I want to feel better in my clothing (not always tugging, pulling and adjusting) - I want to live longer with more energy and flexability. Good reasons all, I think.

    I can completely relate to this and the "tugging, pulling and adjusting"; it becomes a way of one's life and not a good thing! Best of luck to you on your journey!!
