I had really want to get back to Curves but it's just not going to happen this month. So I plan on walking and doing weights (fitness center) and also doing Zumba twice a week. Hoping that will get me under 300 at least in the next 4 weeks. I also am going to do the Body by Vi shakes.

FC update

Freedom Challenge updates:
Ok, in two weeks I have lost 2 pounds, not what I wanted but I know what my problems are and am fixing it right now, (more exercise minutes)
Planned meals - less carbs
2 weigh in will be on August 1

Other updates:
My diabetes HbA1c is now at 12.2 which is still high but has come down a whole point. I know more exercise and less carbs will help for this.

    My eating has been out of control. I am hoping that my A1C will be more under control. It has been hard for me to get to the doctor. I am moving closer to my doctor so it will be easier to take care of my health care.

Freedom Challenge

Our local community is having a weightloss challenge which starts July 2 and ends November 1. Male and female with the highest percentage of weight loss wins. Nike shoes, workout suit, and an Ipod nano plus gift cards, there will also be winners at the half way point.
