This week I am going to do more minutes of exercise (anything) and stick to cleaner eating. I just have to do this for me.
Also, I need something to read to get my mind working. Any advice on a book or author? I miss going to school and learning and I know I will not be going back until January. It's been about 5 years since I was there.
