I've been going to Curves for 2 weeks now and have seen the pounds dropping, so that is great thing, now if the blood sugars would do the same I would be even happier.
Well I am off to Curves this sunny Saturday morning and then to visit the farmers market,
Ok so I was surfing the blogs and stuff, and I found someone who I want as my role model and that is BUFFEDSTUFF-- You just got to see her page and all that she has accomplished, and the exciting point is that she is over 45. Kudos to her for her success
This is what I want to do, to be in the best shape I can be and to be healthy and care for my family. So here I go to be the real me
Well last week I did good and made it to Curves for 4 days and did two days of walking. Also I was up by 5:30 every morning which also was a part of my goal. This week I plan on;
1: Going to Curves 3 days
2: 3 days of walking 1.5 miles each
3: Drink dairy at least 1 time per day
