Ok so my plans for losing 5 pounds this month did not work. But I'm not giving up just yet. I do have good news though and that is my blood sugars are going down, and that progress is even more important to me.
Also I joined a running club, although I am far from that yet, I am doing walking and eventually running will come. Just started this last week and have already logged 7 miles since Friday.
So for now, I am not gonna be upset if I don't lose, and I'll just try to maintain. As long as the blood sugars keep going down and the miles are being logged, then I'll be ok. You all have a blessed week Sparkfriends
