Ok, so I didn't come close to winning in the Shed the Frybread challenge, so I gonna be doing my own thing, and that is to exercise 5-6 days a week. Eat more protein, and fruit. I will take supplements as needed or directed by my doctor and restart the (regular)insulin.
My blood sugars have been running really high and the effects are becoming more frequent. The regular insulin caused me to gain weight but I need it now and if it's the only thing that will help to get my sugars down then I'll do it.
So here is my plan for exercise
Monday - Curves
Tuesday - Walk 40+ minutes/Hula class
Wednesday - Curves
Thursday - Walk 40+ minutes/Hula class
Friday - Curves
Saturday - Curves
Possibly Circuit training with the coed group on Monday/Wednesday, we will see. Have blessed week Sparkfamily
