I weighed today just to see where I am and my scale said 320. It feels so good to see a zero but to see a one in there would be really great. I haven't seen 31? in a long time. I hope this stays or minuses one by Monday.
Ok well I off to get in my 1.5 mile in for today, you all have fabulous Thursday and I'll see you lighter
Well, no movement on the scale for me this week. I knew it was going to be like this I lost track of my food and didn't journal or at least not the whole week. Also It is so hot and humid that I just retain water.
I am going to step up on the exercising by doing more days. I will walk the 1.5 miles on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursdays and then do 20 minutes or a mile of the other 3 days and taking Saturdays as my day off.

For June I will:
1. Write in my prayer journal daily
2. Exercise 15+minutes 3X per week
3. Eat 2 fruit and Veggies per day
4. Do my FP4H Bible study
5. Drink min 6 cups water
6. Read GODs word daily (1 yr Bible)

Warrior Within is persevering
This morning I went walking for 30 minutes, had an on plan breakfast, but after that I know I had way too many carbs and protein. I did drink my water, and journaled my food. I do have some fruit but it will put me over my calorie limit, but I'll eat it anyway.
Okay, for my 100 mile challenge I have only completed 3.35 miles BUT if I walk 1 mile a day I should finish on time. My personal goal is to walk at least 2-3 miles per day to get it done before the end date. So tomorrow will be my first to try to do a 1 1/2 mile AM and PM walk, so I'll blog to tell how it went.

I told Simone I was with her about getting back on track, but my actions today were in no way straight. I mean I only got the eating, of one meal done right and failed at everything else.
