I had a beautiful week with my family and friends, while we attended a really important Native American ceremony. (some info on my facebook site) and I did lots of dancing, and said prayers for the young lady who went thru the ceremony and for my neice who was her attendant. So I do feel like I lost some pounds/ounces, due to the dancing and being out in the hot sun sweating. I know not the best way to exercise but it was neccesary. Now that things are slowed done I am ready for a restful nights sleep.
My food choices were limited, but I did keep a food journal and now I need to input the info into my calorieking program. Oh yes I know I drank about 10+ cups of water a day, so I am sure this will help too.
Tomorrow I do plan on going to Curves in the afternoon, and then to TOPS on Tuesday, I also have an appointment with the doctor on Friday and I again plan to ask about the weightloss surgery, since I found out that my other insurance will cover it.
Oh yes there is another dance/ceremony in a couple of weeks so I need to be prepared for this one too. Well thats about it for me, keep sparking friends and I'll see you lighter
