Hi gang:
Went swimming today. Outdoors in a heated pool. It was great till i got out. I mean the pool was outside with out an in closer. Just a little chilly. ha..ha.. Brrrrrrr.

    Did you remember to have a robe and slippers available immediately after getting out of the pool to keep your muscles warm and keep them from cramping or from hyperthermia occuring?

    Trees are starting to turn. We have liquid sunshine today and it is cool with the rain. Yes I did walk getting in and out and in stores. Tired now.

    Yes, definitely one of my favorite times of the year....the other is spring. Not too keen on either summer or winter, both are too harsh, but fall and spring.....just perfect.

    Great advice Joe. We are going to the beach tomorrow (Spring Lake NJ) and enjoying the water and sand. Tomorrow's forcast is 86 and sunny so I will remember your advice and pack sunscreen, plenty of water and our beach umbrellas. Take care!!

    I'm such a naturally hot person and I can't bare the heat. I think I'm even allergic to reading about your heat lol. Hope it cools down soon for you all. We have winter here at the moment, but it isnt like winter at all. We are supposed to be in the coldest part of the season, its 10.20pm and still 18 degrees and I don't have a cardigan on?? But having a new baby grandson, I'm glad it isn't too cold.
