As I look in the mirror, I'm a bit disgusted. I see most of my friends I went to high school with have 'filled out' their bodies the same as I have. Sure, I can say, "It's a normal thing. We got older, we got bigger." NO! I'm not continuing down that road.
Being busy, I've gained a few more pounds on my over weight body. How in the world did I drop an inch on hips, tummy and hips? I'm doing something right, but I'm doing something wrong. Time to analyze this situation.
I am trying to keep the food that I eat on 'the healthy side'. Taking care of this and that is not getting any exercise time in for me. I realize I'm so busy, time to relax or sleep isn't there either.
Getting some free time tonight, I popped a Madonna CD in the player. I exercised for 30 minutes. I was burning up. I knew I had to cool down. I took my dog for a walk. This seems to be the way to get into shape again.
