I am doing my best to stay away from the scale and weigh once a week. The scale is not moving like I would like but my measurements are doing better. I notice the more intensely I do cardio work outs the fast the inches come off. But too much cardio and other excerise does nothing but bring the needle down or the inches drop off, instead it makes the needle stall or go up and the inches stall. I refuse to be discouraged by this I will just go back to 4 days Cardio and strength every other day. I refuse to give up hope on myself. Inch by inch it is a sinch mile by mile is just too hard!
