Finally feeling "normal" again, after weeks of fighting bronchitis/sinusitis. It feels so good to feel truly well again! I do not miss coughing all of the time and sinus pressure. emoticon

I am thrilled to be the Amethyst in the spotlight today. Talk about brightening my day! Thank you team!!!!

It's been a super busy week, in addition to me continuing to battle that doggone sinusitis and bronchitis. (Enough of feeling poorly, already! emoticon )

My recovery seems to have plateaued. Two weeks into this bug, I am still feeling crappy. It seemed I was going up, up, up; then suddenly at the end of the week, began feeling poorly all over again. I guess it's time for a follow-up visit to the doctor. UGH.

No wonder I was so exhausted last week! emoticon I had sinusitis and bronchitis. emoticon After three days of antibiotics and more sleep than you can imagine, I am finally beginning to feel normal again. emoticon Not there yet, but I can see the improvement and am looking forward to "good health" again in another day or two. emoticon

All the time I spent last week beating myself up for being so exhausted and wondering why... my body was trying to tell me something was wrong. I continue to be amazed at how intricately our bodies are created. I should listen to mine more. I think it may be "smarter" than my rationale is! emoticon

Excuses, excuses

My Spark Coach "assignment" today is to blog about excuses that get in the way of my workouts. The primary excuse is "I don't have time". Secondary excuse "I'm so tired". Last but not least is that I'm doing things for everyone else.

Lately, it's been our new puppy, who keeps me hopping, and transporting my child to/from a class every weekday evening. Big sigh here. Not only has this busy-ness impeded my workouts, my frustration has spiraled into poor nutritional choices on top of that.

Tomorrow WILL BE a better day. Fresh starts, right? emoticon
