Ok, so, I had to look back to see when I was even on here last. My surgery went great. I had two tiny incisions and they fixed my uterus for the most part. They also got rid of some cysts and fibroids while they were in there. The pain was almost non-existent. Well, the pain pills helped but I barely had to take those after the first day. It went way better than I thought. The bleeding was the only annoying part. I just didn't realize it was going to be that much. They gave me hormone pills that I have to take so that I have my next period. Those have been the worst part of all this. I spent three days last week crying at the drop of a hat. I actually cried one morning because my husband didn't bring me breakfast. If you knew me, you know that I'm not very emotional. So, this has been very strange. Then, last Sunday, a sinus infection began. I didn't know that these pills increase mucus production. I have bad sinuses anyways. So, I'm just now getting over that. All in all though, it hasn't been bad at all.
Of course, I haven't been able to workout. I just started back teaching yesterday with a rehearsal for a solo. Boy, am I sore today. Wow! I also haven't been eating healthy but I haven't been overeating. The pills actually make me not hungry. So, I think I might have lost weight. I'll have to weigh on Monday.
We will be starting the IVF process around September 13. We are very excited and very nervous. We're just trying to be positive but realistic at the same time. Starting Monday, I am cutting out all processed foods. This is supposed to aid in the success of IVF and I just need to do that anyways. I'm not supposed to do any strenuous workouts. I'm going to try to start doing 3 to 4 days a week of yoga. I'm going to miss Turbo Jam but I have to do this.
Well, that's it so far. I will be on here logging my food but not dieting like I was before. If anyone has any suggestions on yoga videos, please let me know. See everyone tomorrow!
