I've been horrible about posting. On my To Do list now. Hopefully, I'll be more regular now. Closing out Cycle 1 Day 10. Weighed in this morning and have lost 5.6 lbs so far. Very happy with that. I know it will start slowing down but really loving the nice start. I believe the most I've ever lost was 7 or 8 in Cycle 1. I would love to get, at least, that or more. I remembered a Crustless Quiche recipe that I found on here a couple of years ago. I'm making that in the morning. Yum! Shoulder is MUCH better. I had this fear it was going to continue to gender my exercise. I'm finally starting P90X Monday. Just going to take it easy.
