I'm liking this series so far. I can tell my body is changing even though we've not been at it very long. I am already able to do more crunches and ab work than I could 2 weeks ago, not to mention I can do more pushups as well! That MIGHT be due to the 100 pushup challenge my team is taking part in too. Not saying I have a 6pack yet, or that I'll EVER get a 6 pack again, but I'm feeling the workouts daily.
Brett - the trainer dude is kind of cheesy at times, but it's all good, I'm working on stealing his jokes etc! HAHA
I think with the RevAb workout every morning and my running 4 days a week, I'll be OK going forward. BUT...I AM a piece of work in progress...stayed tuned .....
