I'm sore today!!! Everything from my toes to my fingers hurt. Walking 5 miles a day, doing boot camp wow, I'm pushing myself.
I have a great group of guys at work that are all walking together and that helps ALOT having that group!! Thanks Bry, Mike and Jeff (Tom too but he's not on SP yet).
This morning I didn't get up at 5am and walk 2 miles, I now feel sorta bad that I didn't do that as I have the early part of the week. I did however get up and work on the wii Fit Plus for the first time. Lemme tell ya, super hola hoop and running DOES get the heart rate up and burns a few calories!
