For a recovery day, I sure burned alot of calories! My watch told me I burned 993 this morning. I was sweating buckets ya'll!!
I like the pace of the workout, very slow, very controlled, yet my muscles were shaking from being worked so much!! I think my thighs are STILL burning some 5 hours after I finished.
Am getting closer and closer to being 100% again with my ankle too, that's a good thing!
