I tried something today.......

I work from every wednesday, today I replaced my normal chair with my fitness ball! Very interesting to say the least. I can tell that my core has been active pretty much all day, every shift, every rock and roll, I feel it.

I think I'm going to do this every week from now on!!

I'm still nursing my ankle though, gotta take care of that thing!!!

    Maybe focus on some upperbody stuff that won't put much stress on that ankle. Just be patient with it.

we had a great time at our 'Friends Day' at church today. I ate entirely too much at the potluck after service, but it's all good.....I"m not gonna worry bout it!

  Great, don't worry about it! I think Sunday's should be the day you are not so strict with your plan! If you follow your plan 6 days a week, I think one day is not going to set you back ! emoticon

Felt better today. I was really really slow, but that's OK. I made 2 full miles without walking!! I always walk .25 at beginning to warm up, then I walk at the end to cool down.
