i hate my thighs, they look like a fat man!! (cause I was) am loving the shrinking all over my body

Had a pretty good day.

I managed to run outside today. I ran the first mile way too fast, about an 11minute mile, then had to slowdown and even walk now an then. I went 2.75 total distance though, not bad. I'm working on it, slowly I'll get to where I wanna be.

Good class at Microsoft too!

This is common among new runners, starting out to fast. Pacing takes practice and training; stick with it.

As I sit here writing this, I have to admit that I'm proud. I admit that I'm very proud of me!!

I started a journey on Dec 28th, 2009 to take my health and take my life back. My wife and daughters deserved a better, more energetic, more active husband and father. I owed it to them as well as myself to change my life. Understand that I hadn't been happy with myself for a while, I just didn't have the committment(or desire) to do anything about it.

I made that decision at the end of last year and I've stuck to that decision!! My wife would probably say I'm OCD about it. I work out alot, I watch everything I eat, I drink lots of water all day and in general try to take better care of myself.

I am proud to say that after working out atleast 90 minutes a day and taking care of myself, I have managed to shed 45.8 lbs so far!!! I'm not to my goal for 2010 yet, but that goal is in sight that's forsure.

I do not plan to stop and I do not plan to go back!!

Make it a great day and get up and MOVE a little bit today, you'll feel better for it.
