Week 1, Day 7 of Shred Diet Plan - RESULTS!!!

First Week on Shred and weighed myself today, Day 7 since I will be away tomorrow.

Excellent first week, stuck to diet very well. Had to change a couple of items along the way and change around some meal to make fit my schedule, but wife and I did the best we could.

Results:
Began on Sunday 2/17 at 267lbs.
Today Saturday 2/23 at 258lbs.

emoticon - Lost 9lbs. in 7 Days.

Great start and I am looking forward to 2nd week. Today is the first time I weighed myself since I started on Sunday. Was not sure if the weight was coming off or not. Did think that I could see a change starting, but was scared to fully believe it, because I did not think the scale would show the same. But it did and I am now pumped for the 2nd week and the new changes I am going to make.

    Congrats, what a great first week.

I am on Day 3 and hoping juggling things like meal 3 for meal 2 etc will not hamper me. I am really looking forward to Sunday.

Started Shred Today!!!

Off to a little rocky start. Took off some weight, but unfortunately, had a Birthday took off from exercise and eat tom much. So guess what the weight came right back.

So I continue, but will start the Shred Diet plan today and follow for 6 week cycle. Excited about this Shred system and so is wife. We are doing it together, I know this will help us both with our weight loss.

Will check in with weekly updates and weigh in's..

The progress continues as my commitment strength gains!

Everything has come together and my daily eating habits and exercise are working wells. Down about 3lbs this week and another 6 days of working out. Had two days outside my food calorie intake goals.

Will continue to progress and complete weekly blogs. Next week is end of January and will do my body measurements along with weight.

Starting off well with my exercise plan! 12 days into the year and 9 days of works outs complete...

Will endeavor to continue with my exercise and will now try to step up my eating and meal plan... Have not really lost any weight yet, but know if I stay with the workouts and now add a better diet that the weight will melt off.

So I Endeavor to continue.... Will keep you updated...

2013 To Return to Form!!!

Unfortunately I have reverted back to the old me and have gained my weight back plus some I had never had before. To the tone of 267lbs. Which I am not liking at all!

But 2013 is a New Year and the Year to Revert back to the person I had become with my prior weight of 218lbs. So I look forward to this new journey for 2013 and to hitting each and every weight loss Goal. I have never had a problem losing weight once I put my mind to it, but getting it off is a different story. So I begin again with the focus and consistence to take if off once more and then meet the challenges of keeping it off this time.


So the work begins again --- I look forward to it.....

Five pound increments make it more tolerable. I think your goals are very realistic and not self-defeating. grab that water bottle and pedometer and Spark it off!! Good luck!Linda
