Some progress

Well, I have made some progress with the scale. I have noticed my clothes fit better. I have been working out pretty regularly. But, I am trying to step it up at the gym. I realize I have to watch my eating a little more. Working out doesn't just take care of the weight. I have been careful, but not as careful as I could be. I guess I am leary of being too radical because then I want to rebel. I am committed and I know the accountability really, really helps! Thank you Sparks! emoticon

Weekend away again

Well, I had fun at "The Great Wolf Lodge" with my family. There was exercise to be had with all the stairs, walking, and swimming at the water park. I did eat a little more then I would have if I was home. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning. emoticon

Well, I did have a great retreat! But, I confess I have gottne out of the habit of all the tracking. I really should have brought a little pad of paper to jot food down. Well, I will get back to it! I so need the accountability or I tend to ignore my overeating. I didn't really eat "that much!"

Well, I am heading out soon for a women's retreat in Gig Harbor. I will have to catch up with logs on Sunday or Monday. I am stepping out a little to develop relationships with the women at church. It'e been years since I've been to a retreat. Later!

Well, good...it isn't good to be afraid of food. I am trying to not forbid certain foods because I want them more if I do. Psychology! Well, I did have an annual exam today and my weight was lower on the doctor's scale then the last time I went in. It's always higher then my home scale. I have a referral for a mammogram and blood work. So, I need to just do these things to work on prevention. I haven't exercised today because of a busy day. Maybe, I can take a walk after dinner. Tomorrow, I will have a good work out...yes!
