Restart Week

So I never got catch up so instead of stressing out about that I decided to just restart today. I didn't eat poorly over the weekend I just didn't get my all my goals met. I did get my cardio though! So I am getting back on track today!

I had one final today and tomorrow is my last I can't wait. Wednesday is my official day of summer!

Must study and make my cheatsheets (we are allowed 2 page cheatsheet!!!!)

I still haven't got caught up on my toning videos. But Today was relaxing. I did get a lot of cardio this morning. Took the kids to the park for a playdate. THis afternoon was great!

SO I just finally finished my term paper. The only homework I have left is studing for finals next week. SCHOOLS OUT FOR SUMMER!!!! Well next week anyway! My daughter was done today. Now she is a 1st grader! Oh my little girl ain't so little anymore!

Still haven't gotten to my toning videos. Have been doing my cardio though! I WILL CATCH UP ON THEM BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEKEND!!

Finally a good weigh day!

Well some good news. I lost 3 lbs (actually I weighed myself this morning and it said I lost 5 lbs but I did that in the bathroom and I don't trust the bathroom floor so a little while ago I weighed in the kitchen and it said lost 3 lbs so I am going with that!). I lost 3 inches on my waist, and 1-1.5 inches on hips, thighs, arms and calfs! Yippee

I'd like to say that it was all me, which I believe most of it was, however, when I was sick the last few days I hardly ate so that may have helped. Its great that I lost but I just want it the right way.

I haven't slept in I don't know how long. Things are still depressing me. I didn't feel like exercising much the last few days so I just got little bits of cardio in each day. I skipped my videos but I will be making those up tomorrow. I should have a little more time to myself tomorrow before and after school. Hopefully.

So today has been very hectic. My hubby has a ruptured disc so now he is not allowed t go back to work for at least 2 weeks. This means no income coming in for at least two weeks. We have all been running around ragged so we went to Burger King. I didn't even eat the enitre sandwich, I am feeling so sick now. Never again will I do that! It was not worth it. No to mention tomorrow is weigh day and I didn't gt my exercise in. I will double up tomorrow. I should have a little more time since tomorrow is the shorter class.

I am tired of the stress and now I am getting depressed. I don't know what to do. At least his job is ok with it. He hasn't been there a full year so no pay. I just can't take all the BS anymore! When will it end!!!?????

    Yep, been where you are there with the hubby hurting his back and off work and no pay. My husband has 2 ruptured discs in his back too. He is in a lot of pain a lot of the time. He doesnt want to have surgery. not yet at least.
I know how you feel after eating the Burger King. every time i do it i say never again, too.
All I can say is it gets harder as you age to work out and make the right decisions about eating. So do what you can while you are still young. I am certainly not preaching but if I woulda known when i was young how hard it would be at 48 i woulda probably done something about my weigh then.
Exercise tends to ease depression. I know its a bugger finding the time then using that time to work even more. But if you do you will feel better both physically and emotionally.
PS i hope your husband's back feels better. emoticon emoticon
