Stomach just not getting any better

I think I am going to have to wait and do extra exercise tomorrow. I did 1 10 min pilates hips and thighs video and that was ok since I was laying down. When I stand and walk around that is when it hurts the worse.

GOing to be a lazy day for the rest of the day!

I just feel so guilty but I just can't do it. I tried. It is just not working today!

I don't think it was the milk now. I hope it wasn't from the hospital. Alot of sick people there holding their stomachs emoticon

    Don't feel guilty. It's better to get well first and then exercise than making it worse. You can always focus more on food and to eat healthy. Maybe that will help your stomach as well. Hope you get better soon. emoticon

    Definitely don't over exert when you are feeling low. The best you can do is listen to your body and let it heal itself. I hope you feel better soon. Take it easy (and don't feel guilty!)and try to have a good weekend.

I am going to havet to do my exercise until my stomach stops hurting, when I get up it hurts worse.

So last night I had a glass of milk with dinner. All night long my stomach hurt, it still hurts. I don't understand, I can drink the milk in my cereal but when it comes to drinking it straight, well, it stinks! So I wasn't in that great of a mood until I found out my little sister joined SP last night. She just had a baby so now we can do this together. I am so proud of her! Then as I continued to check my emails I was awarded like 3 trophies, how great is that. That is why I love this site. It is so motivational!

Now I am still in pain, and it is coming upon exercise time. I will get my goal in but at a lower intensity! BUT I WILL DO IT!!!!!!!

Its the bathroom floor not the scale

So I decided to weigh myself again today since I didn't feel as bloated. I realized the first time I weighed myself this morning I was on the crack of the tile so I moved the scale. then it went down like 4lbs so I moved it to another spot it went back up. So I decided to try the kitchen, both spots in the kitchen I had the same. So from now on I will be weighing myself in the kitchen. I did go back down almost a lb, YEAH!

    I always knew that it was the floor and not the scale that I should be upset with. Yet my house is over 200 years old. There isn't any place in the house that will not affect the scale. So I love my house and will blame the scale any way ! It has broud shoulders and it can hold me! TeeHee

    emoticon I used to have to weight myself at one side of the bathroom since the floor was tilted so that all water would go to the drain. Good thing you've found a good spot now emoticon

The scale went the wrong way...I need support

Today is weigh day. I didn't want to get on the scale in the first place because last night I was bad. I did great all day until I went to lay down. That time of the month is approaching so I really got the munchies. I ate good stuffm, but it always adds up. I couldn't just stop at the small bowl of cereal, I also had hummus and crackers and 2 granola thins. Not to mention I am beginning to bloat! (SOrry for being so blunt).

Get on the scal today and it went up 1.4 lbs. Thi is why I gave up in the past. I would always gain a lbs then loose it, gain it then loose it. I just don't know what I am doing wrong! I track everything! AAAAHHHHHH emoticon emoticon

    The circumstances that led to your weight gain probably had nothing to do with the munchies you had -- and if it did, it was only a small part of the gain. It's normal to go up and down. That's why I started the yo-yo club.

It's good to weigh in on a daily basis, or so I believe, because it lets you see when you are good and when you are bad. You are the one that has to determine if and when it is water weight. But don't get discouraged. When you have the munchies try to have something on hand that will satisfy you and still not be loaded with calories.

Perhaps try to plan on having a "snack" about an hour after you eat dinner -- it might forestall the munchies from creeping up on you.

    I know how you feel. I wanted something unhealthy every day last time I had my period. Also it's a nice excuse to eat bad. What I don't do though is weighing myself. I don't do it a few days before, during the period or a few days after since I've heard that the body keeps more water during your period.

Where in the range are you when you track your calories? If you are in the lower range then the problem might be that you don't eat enough every day, or if it's in the higher range then maybe there is something you could replace in your diet with a healthier low calorie option?

How often do you weigh yourself? Have you tried measuring how many inches you are losing on your body? Are there any other things you can do to keep track of success such as your stress level, energy level, overall mood, maybe your skin feels different. I know how important the number on the scale might seem but what counts is how you feel and if you are living healthy.

Also, I usually weigh myself two days in a row just to make sure my weight isn't because of water weight or dehydration. Maybe try that in that case?

Don't give up, keep going and all your effort will show results emoticon

    I always gain weight with the early bloat. I have to wait a few days for that to go down. Just get back on track today and next week you'll be surprised.
