Week 2 in review:
Weigh in: down 1.8 lbs. Was hoping for a bigger loss this week but that's ok. Its still a loss! I probably would have seen a bigger loss had I exercised over the long weekend and stuck completely to the diet plan. Although I didn't stick to it entirely I didn't pig out, I stayed within my calorie range, so that's a good thing! I was really worried about that. Good thing we stayed around the house! Now to meet my first short term goal I need to loss 5.8lbs this week.
Week 3 begins today. This week is "Transformation" week and is supposed to be the hardest of all 6 weeks. And reading thru the meals for the next 7 days I see it! For the first 3 days of the week all 4 meals each day I have the choice of just smoothies, shakes or soup, with the exception of today's meal 1 and day 3's meal 1 I can have cereal or oatmeal. No meat til day 4. Really the "liquid" meals aren't as bad as I thought. They taste really good and are filling. I think this week I will need to try to make at least one of the soup recipes in the back of the book and I need to get some vanilla whey powder for the other protein shake recipes in the book. I can only make 1 right now with my chocolate whey. I can't wait to get my Magic Bullet blender this week!!! I think that if I stick to the plan 100% this week I can lose this 5.8 lbs to meet goal!
