Day 29...zzzzz

Last night was interesting...got about 1/2 the spanish lab done, there are 41 activities total, some of the listening portions were hard since I have hearing problems, so that sucked. Out of the 20-some I did last night only 2 I didn't get 100% on becuase of that. But thats ok, not bad! Have to finish the rest today, and prepare for my test tomorrow. We did have another new teacher yesterday, but she is there until either Mr. Gomez comes back or end of semester! So happy, I really liked her too even know we need to get things back in order from all the confusion still yet! Very very tired today again. Can't wait to get pass this and get a nap in!

Not sure how productive I will be today with my workout, but I will at least get my 15 minutes in at school...not much but its something.

    Spanish, I can hardly speak English. Ha!! I really don't know how you do it, but I give you the "High-5" for all your efforts. Staying active must help you to stay sane. You do much more than many of us. emoticon emoticon

    We all get days like that - with me it's either something with family or my dog keeps me up for some reason - and then I really don't feel the energy to work out. So on those days, I try to DO SOMETHING to get activity in or at least a partial workout, which is more than I'd ever have done in the past! Hope you have a great day!

DAy 28/ Ugh Weigh Day :(

I am so so tired. I am so happy today is my day off of exercise. I don't think I would have been able to add any ST or an additional cardio outside my 20 mn walk and 5 min stairs at school today. I was up until aftr 11:30 last night, I got my Acc chapter 1 outline complete and submitted, then I spend a lot of time tryin to make sure I had all the systems requirements for my spanishlab online. got stuck on trying to install this Java Sun that will allow me to be able to the listening and speaking activities. I kept installing it and it kept saying successful, finally I got aggitated and just started hitting the retest button well low and behold, it read it. And I was able to complete the 1st activities for this first group of like 40 activites that I have to get done by Friday to help me with my test. Thank goodness they moved the date it was supposed to be due today.

Still need to finish tracking my good from yesterday. And weigh in once again sucked...up another .4 lbs. And putting these 8 lbs back on over the past couples month has made me feel horrible physically and mentally. So much work to take it off and then so little work to put it on. I just don't know what to say for myself! I even didn't have any sweets yesterday!

Oh oh well, have a good day friends!

    Sorry you had a rough day. At least you've moved forward on your classes, and you're one day closer to finishing. I know the feeling of watching the scale inch back up despite our best efforts. All I can say is that in the long run eating right and exercising is going to pay off.

    Sounds like a rough day. School can be a killer, as can work! Going up in weight is tough, never feels as good as down. This week I had two days of up and am dreading looking at the scale today. I am not surprised by the up but I hate it.you are right ..so much work to take it off, so little to put it back on.

You have been successful before and you can, and will, do it again. Thanks for sharing this.

Wow, I have no idea what I did last week. But I did get alot done over the weekend, and still relaxed. Yesterday, I got in my 20 min walk

Today Day 27 :
Well I did something this morning that I haven't done in a very long time, I got up, put on a pot of coffee and INSTEAD of jumping on the internet to check emails and FB, I went straight to SP videos and did the 11 min seated cardio workout. I thought it was still a little to early for my body to do a kickboxing video! So I went this route first. I have lower body ST scheduled today, so this in just a bit I will do my exercises that I learned in PT. So now I just have to get myself committed to doing that again and I will be alright. I set my alarm to get up at 5:30 and from 5:30-6:30 is supposed to be my scheduled workout time, I just haven't been doing so, so I did it today and am super proud of myself. Little by little I will get up and use the entire hour!

We have a few things left to do on Evie's about me poster and then today we can do Baby J's, then I MUST get going on my homework.

My spanish teacher that had the heartattack last week isn't doing as well as they thought last week, so it doesn't look like he is coming back. This week we have a different teacher and hopefully next week they have one fulltime. Least they are not cancelling the course. I just wish they taught consistently. So that is just extra studying for quiz on Friday. I have writing assignments due too tonight. Blah...Good thing today is my short day at school.

Not sure if I mentioned it yet but Evie's sleepover went great. She said that she stayed up until 2:30am. I got a kick out of that. Sleepovers are so much fun. I give anything is my house was bigger so I can have one for Evie. But it is barely big enough for us!

Oh This would mark my last week of the month for the .99cents that I paid for Sparkcoach. Next week will start th 7.99 payments. At first I was not going to continue, but I think I will go ahead and continue for another month and see how things go from there. It hard to add that extra bill, even just a small one, when I am not working and gas is so expensive...

    I didn't even sign up for the free trial because I knew I'd like it, and then be sad when I couldn't continue. There's just no way for me to justify another bill, even a small one.

That's really too bad about your Spanish teacher. I hope he recovers. For your sake I also hope they find a good replacement quickly.

Days 18-21 streak, BLC goal for this week, and other stuff

DAy 18 (Sun)
Did very well, tracked my food and got 60 FM in

Day 19 (Mon)
Tracked my food, go 15 FM in

DAy 20 (Tues)
Tracked my food but went OVER calories by 63 cals, got 60 min walk in and 50 rope crunches

Busy busy day...got up took evie to school, went shopping, came home, went to class, went grocery shopping, picked up evie from school, went to the mall...I am wiped! But got TONS of walking in and am officially done with school shopping...2 weeks into school lol! Now to start thinking Christmas!

Day 21 (Tues)
Will get my 15 min walk in and plan to do some lower body ST today.

My Fitness goal in BLC 20 this week is to do my ST 6 days this week! I did it yesterday however yesterday isn't part of this week goal. I did achieve my goal for last week which was 10 FM each day. If I achieve this weeks goal I plan to step it up in FM next week, if not than I will make it my goal next week.

Not a happy wiegh in but I will deal with it. Up only .4 which is better than 1-2 lbs that I normally put on around TOM. So maybe I really was done and I did gain my 1-2 water bloat lbs...It is much easier to think of that way.

Well today is my long day at school. Not looking forward to it. I really dislike my 2nd class of the day (accounting), don't feel I will learn anything that way it is being taught. But just going to get thru it. There are no exams so I am just going to feel blessed that I don't have the other instructor who teaches the course. I had him for cost and he is very very hard. Makes you do 2 chapters a week and is hard to understand. I ended up with a C in that class. My lowest grade! To not have him , I guess I will be alright.

    I'm glad your accounting class will at least be manageable. You may not get much out of it, but at least it will be on your transcript so you can tell potential employers down the road that you've had it. And who knows - maybe you're getting more out of it than you think and won't realize it until you need to use it.

    It sounds like you are getting into a good routine and doing well with your challenge! I know how hard it is to juggle family and school, but you are making it work. I'm glad you have a better instructor this time around so you don't have as much homework. You are doing a GREAT job with all you have to do! Keep going strong!

DAY 17/BLC 12 week plan

Spending the day with Jason doing yard work and cleaning the house. Then some alone time tonight. Kids are at Grammy's this weekend. Evie got invited to her first bday sleepover next weekend. I have met the mom and I really like the lil girl. They were like BFF's (lol) last year. I was about 7 for my 1st sleepover too. She said she understands if I am not comfortable and am more than welcome to come over to check things out. I think I may go ahead with it. Evie really wants to go too.

DAY 17 of my new streak...
120 fitness minutes (well actually more but that is all I am counting)
Nutrition...Have been doing great tracking, just need to keep myself in range...couple days I was over!

BLC 12 week plan...
Get up and exercise early in the morning to start my day off good
Track FM and Food everyday
Stay in my SP suggested calorie range
Reach my weekly total of calories burned of 1120 each week
Reward myself with every 5lb loss
Stick with my goals/program that I updated on my SPpage as of Sept 8, 2012
