Wow, I have no idea what I did last week. But I did get alot done over the weekend, and still relaxed. Yesterday, I got in my 20 min walk
Today Day 27 :
Well I did something this morning that I haven't done in a very long time, I got up, put on a pot of coffee and INSTEAD of jumping on the internet to check emails and FB, I went straight to SP videos and did the 11 min seated cardio workout. I thought it was still a little to early for my body to do a kickboxing video! So I went this route first. I have lower body ST scheduled today, so this in just a bit I will do my exercises that I learned in PT. So now I just have to get myself committed to doing that again and I will be alright. I set my alarm to get up at 5:30 and from 5:30-6:30 is supposed to be my scheduled workout time, I just haven't been doing so, so I did it today and am super proud of myself. Little by little I will get up and use the entire hour!
We have a few things left to do on Evie's about me poster and then today we can do Baby J's, then I MUST get going on my homework.
My spanish teacher that had the heartattack last week isn't doing as well as they thought last week, so it doesn't look like he is coming back. This week we have a different teacher and hopefully next week they have one fulltime. Least they are not cancelling the course. I just wish they taught consistently. So that is just extra studying for quiz on Friday. I have writing assignments due too tonight. Blah...Good thing today is my short day at school.
Not sure if I mentioned it yet but Evie's sleepover went great. She said that she stayed up until 2:30am. I got a kick out of that. Sleepovers are so much fun. I give anything is my house was bigger so I can have one for Evie. But it is barely big enough for us!
Oh This would mark my last week of the month for the .99cents that I paid for Sparkcoach. Next week will start th 7.99 payments. At first I was not going to continue, but I think I will go ahead and continue for another month and see how things go from there. It hard to add that extra bill, even just a small one, when I am not working and gas is so expensive...

Did very well, tracked my food and got 60 FM in

Tracked my food, go 15 FM in
DAy 20 (Tues)
Tracked my food but went OVER calories by 63 cals, got 60 min walk in and 50 rope crunches
Busy busy day...got up took evie to school, went shopping, came home, went to class, went grocery shopping, picked up evie from school, went to the mall...I am wiped! But got TONS of walking in and am officially done with school shopping...2 weeks into school lol! Now to start thinking Christmas!
Day 21 (Tues)
Will get my 15 min walk in and plan to do some lower body ST today.
My Fitness goal in BLC 20 this week is to do my ST 6 days this week! I did it yesterday however yesterday isn't part of this week goal. I did achieve my goal for last week which was 10 FM each day. If I achieve this weeks goal I plan to step it up in FM next week, if not than I will make it my goal next week.
Not a happy wiegh in but I will deal with it. Up only .4 which is better than 1-2 lbs that I normally put on around TOM. So maybe I really was done and I did gain my 1-2 water bloat lbs...It is much easier to think of that way.
Well today is my long day at school. Not looking forward to it. I really dislike my 2nd class of the day (accounting), don't feel I will learn anything that way it is being taught. But just going to get thru it. There are no exams so I am just going to feel blessed that I don't have the other instructor who teaches the course. I had him for cost and he is very very hard. Makes you do 2 chapters a week and is hard to understand. I ended up with a C in that class. My lowest grade! To not have him , I guess I will be alright.

So I guess that I have been getting my 10 minutes each day. I never really thought about it but I have been walking a lot around campus, up and down 4 flights of stairs in the parking garage, I am just going to count my 10 min each day. Just need to get on the ball with some ST. Maybe start adding a 10 min video as well and get 20 min of cardio each day! I can do that!
Great news! I have been tracking all my food last couple days! WOO HOO
Kids are going to my parents house for the weekend! Taking them up there tonight after their flu shots. Have lots of things to accomplish around her. My backyard looks like a forest!
Here is a story that both broke my heart and filled it back all at once!
