So to the end of a busy weekend. Yesterday I didn't track my food at all (except breakfast) . I did have some extra snacking yesterday but it wasn't that bad of stuff. Plus I did good with my portions at dinner. I did get ALOT of cardio in though. After breakfast I did a cardio kickboxing video, then I did yard work for about a half hour, then did some heavy housecleaning, then took the kids out, turned on the sprinkler, and me, the kids and the dog we all ran through it. It was a blast. Just like being a kid again!
The end of the day was horrible but I would rather not get into that today. I don't feel like being depressed and stressed. I am not going to let things get me down anymore (well at least try not too!)
