Thanks to all my wonderful friends for all the support and encouragement from yesterday! It was a hard day for me. Even though I was expecting the gain from TOM, I think my PMS took over. But I was good. Stayed in the low side of my calorie range, I even made a recipe out of the SP cookbook--Cornish Hens with Apple Pecan stuffing. Had to leave out the pecans though, they are made on the same equipment as peanuts. Bubbie is allergic to peanuts, didn't want to take that change. It was good. I liked making the hens but when I do make this again, I want to use a different stuffing. I didn't let my attitude spoil me nutrionally and got 107 fitness minutes in.
I just got back from taking my lil one a bike ride. Which was interesting. Very hot and muggy. Didn't realize there was that big of a hill at the end of the street where we walk. I sure noticed it on the bike though, lol!
Got some storms rolling in tonight. When I pick Evie up from school, taking them straight to Grammy & Papaws for the weekend. There is a 3 day weekend plus she doesn't have dance. Her class was cancelled but mine wasn't so I am going to go. Not going to slack on that! Tomorrow is my dr's appt. Going to see about my knee and wrists.

Yesterdays workout was just one of my spring cleaning projects (which I am still in the middle of) and 30 Day Shred Level 1 day 2. I am taking a break from the 30 day Shred today. A little sore.

Took kids to dentist. LOVE this new dentist. Turns out Evelyn does NOT have a cavaty. Bubbie goes for his fillings next week. Found out the reason he has several front teeth decaying...It happens in eutoro and it is probably heredity. I loved how they explained this before and after. The are all so nice. Talked to both hygenists and dentist. So I am happy. Really disappointed in the old dentist. They wanted Evie to come the next day after their cleaning back in April when they told me she had a cavaty. They would have filled her tooth and she didn't need it. It just has a little "dimple" but it doesn't stem into the tooth. I also took Bubbie back when he was about 1 because I noticed he looked to be getting an extra tooth up top. They so no, just grew fast than the other side...Well he does. I knew it. I counted it and they still told me I was wrong. So glad I decided to go to another dentist!
After we got back I got that disaster of a kitchen cleaned and a bunch of laundry. But I still have a ton more laundry to go...
of the 30 day Shred. OMG that was a workout. I couldn't believe it. It was very hard for me to do the lunges b/c of my knee and the push ups since my elbow is still a little week. But I will keep practicing and hopefully get up there!
My mom and aunt decided to have a family reunion this June (23rd). First since 1992. So with this, the 30 day shred, and the BLC I decided to update my goals...AGAIN

I wish is was Sunday Cause thats my Funday....Just another Manic Monday
Hello Everyone!
Whew, what a day...
First lets start with Sunday...Forgot to blog...oops
Well, I only got online once yesterday. I got a lot of yardwork done so that was nice. Then I studied so much I dreamt about it all night. Which probably was a good thing since I think I did pretty well on my final today...YIPEE finally done for the summer!!!
Last night about 1 in the morning Bubbie woke me up (he still sleeps with us) wanting me to turn on the TV. My back was facing him so I told him no it is the middle of the night it is sleepy time. So he rolled over and put his back against mine. I heard him whimper a couple times so I turned over to feel him to see if he was running a fever...he wasn't...but then started to cry for about 10 minutes. I held him and he finally feel back to sleep. This morning he got up and went in sissy's room to have her turn on the TV. (it was 2 minutes before we all were about to get up so that was a good thing) It was a normal morning, took Sissy to school came home, sparked, ate, studied a lil more and noticed he had fallen back to sleep on the couch next to me. I figured he was tired from the night so I let him sleep and went to class. Came home about 45 minutes later, he was still asleep. He work up maybe an hour later. He looked a lil peaked so I checked his temp...normal...so we ate and then I had to run to the pet store for dogo food, he wanted to go. He told me in the car his ear hurt. Didn't think too much maybe just congestion in his ear since we all have allergies. He hasn't had a cold, no fever so I didn't think to much until we got to the store and I was taking him out of the car seat. He told me again his ear hurt and kept sticking his finger in it and then his eye had some green goo so I new it was an ear infection. Grabbed the dog food got back to the car and got him an appt. It was at 5 but we got the half hr early and we were done 10 min to 5. Love that office...anyways...ear infection in left ear confirmed and right eye is due to it...so amoxicillian for next 10 days. But he is fine still playing...must have caught it quick enough!!!
They both have their ped dentist appts tomorrow. Evie is having a filling, Bubbie I am not sure about. It is his baby teeth so not sure what they are going to do.
Weather is going to get nice again this week 70/80's so hopefully get to use my bike again...been patiently waiting...only got to use it once this week.

My Fitness goal for this week (4/25-5/2) was to walk the dog 1 time this week. Haven't had a chance so must do that tomorrow so I can achieve that goal. Next week (5/3-5/9) is to ride my bike 1 day and walk dog 2 days.
My PIG was to stay my calorie range everyday. That was a bust so I will again try that goal for next week.
Spring 5%
I am still 8 lbs away from meeting my 5% goal by May 12. Don't think this is going to happen. But will be pleased is I could at least loose 4-5lbs by then.
