DAY 1 BLC 19 (Weigh in not to shabby)

I woke up this morning knowing, because of the roller coaster I have been on lately, that I was going to be up. Lately its been emoticon 2 emoticon 2. Well I was emoticon, but only .4 so I am ok with that. Water...muscle...I am not going to stress! I didn't do anything wrong!!! Still need 8lbs to meet my 5% goal though. Not sure if it is going to happen with 3 weeks left. I would have to lose 2.6 lbs per week now. Hopefully I can loose at least 5 though!

Challenge Weight Loss Goal: lose 15lbs (1.25 lbs per week)/ weight of 135lbs
Overall Weight-Loss Goal: 115-120 (30-35 lbs left to lose)

Decided today to have a break. I didn't do any cardio but I did a short yoga and some upper body ST. Tomorrow is weigh day. I am not looking forward to it. I probably gained knowing my roller coaster lately.

Monday Monday

Not much to report today. It was a long weekend with DH couldn't wait for him to go back to work today. He was just pissy all weekend. Kids stayed home Saturday since Grammy was sick. Did get my haircut Saturday still not sure if I like it. Just had Evie take a pic and it looks a little flat. Looked good this morning when I blowed dryed it. You could really see the layers I bought some big foam rollers to add some volume to the layers. Will put those in Wednesday night so I can have them nice for school Thursday. If it turns out good I will post a pic. Since this one isn't that great. A little flat. I need a round brush too for when I blow dry.

I need to start using my heart monitor to see if these are actually correct for me. I think this would really help me to really start shedding the lbs. Now that school is just about over I can really concentrate on it and I think that the stress relief is really going to help to. May 1 I will be starting the 30 day shred to see how that works.

    I have long hair too - it's about time to cut it and I'm a little apprehensive. I usually cut a minimum of 10 inches so I can donate to Locks of Love. Sometimes I like the result, last time (almost 2 years ago) I did not.

Oh My Where Do I Start?

SCHOOL:
My AIS teacher gave us the OPTION to take our final. If we don't she will take the average of our first 2 exams and post that to our final. I have opted out of taking the exam since no matter if I get a 100% I would still end up with A-. So I will take it. This gives me more time to study for MGMT so I can bring that grade up to A/A- and to study for my FIN. I have 2 summary reports to write tonight for tomorrow in FIN, an extra credit assignment for MGMT to do and a quiz for MGMT that opens tomorrow online. THEN NO MORE HOMEWORK, JUST STUDYING!!! Tomorrow last lecture in FIN, Mon last lecture in MGMT. 4/26 Final in FIN, 4/30 Final in MGMT. THEN I AM DONE TIL SEPTEMBER. Wonder how much better it will be for me to loss this weight with all the stress off my shoulders for awhile!!??

Banquet Friday was very long. It was nice though! I couldn't wear that outfit I wanted to because my shoes disappeared. Didn't have time to run all over so just ran to the Walmart by Evies school because she was about to get out and they didn't have dress shoes, found a new outfit though to go with my black heels. I was so excited. I got a size Med in the shirt. First time in forever I wore a Med. I also went down a size in the skirt.

My workouts are going well. Yesterday was rest day. I keep hearing about members doing the 30 day shred on my BLC 19 team and I bought it like a year ago and never used it. Pulled it out this morning and decided I am going to try it beginning May 1.

I decided this morning I want to swtich my weigh ins back to Wednesdays. So i weighed myself and I am finally out of this rut! I am down 1.6lbs. I have 8.4 lbs to go to meet my 5% goal by May 12 and my goal for new bathing suit for the parent/tot swim lessons that begin May 14.

BLC 19 Goals and Program

My Goals:
Lose pregnancy weight (three years overdue).
Have more energy.
Be more active with the children and puppy.
Be able to walk up the stairs.
Look and feel better about myself!

Updated April 17, 2012:
Lose at least 4 lbs per month to reach total of 40lbs lost. (But no more than 45lbs)
Maintain healthy weight of 115-120 and maintain healthy lifestyle thereafter
-Get in my workouts
-Track everything, everyday
-Stay in calorie range
-Eat 5+ servings fruits/veggies per day
-Drink 8 glasses of water per day
-Add bouts of activity daily
-NOT get discouraged
-STAY motivated
-Get at least 100 SparkPoints per day!

My Program:
Updated April 17, 2012:
-30-60 min Cardio M-F (rotate Kettlebells, SP DVDs/videos, other DVD's, step aerobics, walking, biking & Wii)
-Zumba on Sat (starts 1/28)
