Today was my Wednesday Weigh In and the scale did move, just in the wrong direction! It started to really upset me since I have been doing so well, eating, exercising. Just didn't understand how it couldn't have moved in my favor or at least stayed the same! But then I remembered my goal for this week: No to be so hard on myself when I screw up! Well I wasn't the one that screwed up, the scale is BUT I am still not going to let myself dwell. It could be a number of reasons why the scale went the wrong way! I have to listen to my body not the scale! I am increasing my cardio (50 min walk/jog in place and 11 seated cardio workout this morning), I am getting both my strength training videos done in the evening, I am eating good, tracking everything. I am doing it right! I WILL REACH MY GOAL!!!
So this is to you scale: I am in control NOT YOU!!!
