Not meeting my goal last year is really help motivation me to start this year off right! I have been sitting down and reading the Spark Book-at least 1 ch per night. I have been using the notes section in the back to right down goals for myself. My weight loss goal is to loose 6lbs by Jan 25 (Evie's 7th b-day) and then to have lost 34 lbs by July 5 (Bubbies 4th b-day).
I did notice last night since not working out too much lately I couldn't complete my goal of 40 min but I did do 20 min of cardio and my 2 strength videos. My goal is to be up to 40 min by the end of this week. That way when I start Zumba on the 28th I can keep up!! lol.
Tomorrow when I get up I am going to do my weigh in and take my measurements. I had Evie take some pics of me tonight so I can have before and after.
I really want to commit to a healthy lifestyle. No more doing it when convenient!
DH got me an aerobic step, heart rate monitor, couple yoga outfits, a GREAT underarmor sports bra (awesome support, not cheap either!) I got all the tools now it is up to me!
I CAN DO IT!!!
