I am so upset with myself. So last week when I started my goal to reach in calories was between 1500-1850. I have been meeting those right along, except one day I went under. Well I didn't realize that my goal had changed today to a range of 1200-1500. So I went really over today. I stayed in the range from last week but went almost 300 cal over. Just seeing that makes me feel horrible. I guess tomorrow I will start eating light breakfast and lunch and try not to have a snack.
I increased my cardio today by adding 5 minutes of jogging in place to my 10 minutes of cardio kickboxing/10 min of strength. Tomorrow I am changing my goal setting to 20 min cardio and 10 strength.
I am trying not to be too upset. Least now I know for tomorrow!
