Now that things are quieting down it is time to get back on and get motivated. Since I have been off for so long I have decided to re-start with smaller goals and work my way back up to my long term goals that I set for myself June 1.
So here it goes:
*15 minutes of cardio 5 days per week (m-F)
*Strength training (M, W, F)
*Cut back out the pop and drink 6-8 glasses of water EVERYDAY!
Once I get my motivation and strength back up I will gradually increase back to my long term goals. Trying to start where I left off made me less motivated because I lost my groove and my body feels the way it did when I first started in May.
On a good note my husbands surgery went great. He is doing so well. He should be able to return to work end of Aug. Now I can stat taking care of myself. Tomorrow I have an appt with an ortho surgeon that I was supposed to see months ago for my broken arm from March 21. After I went to the ER I foun dout my insurance was all screwed up so it took almost two months to get that straightened out. Once that got fixed I was into my Spring semester so I decided to make the appt for the week after classes were finished since it was so hectic. Then hubby hurt his back. When I went to go to my appt in June, my hubby had an appt that same morning, and when we left from his appt the car wouldn't start so i had to cancel. Since hubby was so bad I waited to reschedule. Now I can get this taken care of before fall semester starts!!!
Wow if it isn't one thing its another!!!
Well here is to another new beginning!
