So I admit it.. I have slacked BADLY. I'm talking went from 4-5x working out to 1x workout per week and messing up every other day with my calorie counting and massive binge sessions. Buts thats about to change starting this month. Although I was still up and down with my calories and have put on some of my weight I still stuck it out with doing great working out so far. Today is DAY #2 with no binging and I'm proud of that..and the day is officially almost over..I enjoy getting threw the day with no binges it makes me feel great! So heres my new goals...w/ 3FC I have a 90-Day exercise challenge and it's to get 54 workouts in before October 31st. Right now I'm at 06/54 :) Still awhile to go but starting out okay I believe.

My goal weight for the end of August is 130. That's only because I believe i can get these 7 lbs off easier because I believe alot of it is water weight from my AWFUL binges or atleast thats what I'm hoping....I will update soon and I WILL be doing good!

New Month--New Goals.

I have been severely slacking the past month and a half. I don't know if I have got comfortable with my weight or what it is..but I'm tired of it. I am bound and determined to get down to 115 like I want too. Even if I have mess up after mess up..I'm going to do it...It seems that everytime I get down to 129..I self-sabotage and bounce back up to 132.8 (BLAH!)..I hate that number..Although it's a number I have dreamed all my life of being I want to be smaller now!! So heres my goals for the rest of June and July---and without icecream, cookies, and pizzas help!!

June Weight Goal: 127 by the end of June.
July Weight Goal: 123 by the end of July.
June Exercise Goals 9/15 days..which I have worked out 2/15 days with about 12 days left so surely I can get those 7 days in!
July Exercise Goals 27/31 days!

I know this seems crazy but whats crazy is how "little" I have started to care! ...It's time to get back on the right track! :)

March Goals!

So my goals for February were to workout for 24/28 days which I did and to hit 146 lbs! Which I did better than and hit 142! For the month of February I lost 10 lbs. It was a really good month. I thought it was going to slow down but it didn't...and I am down now to 140.6! This is amazing because it means only 4 more lbs until I'm healthy! HEALTHY?! Can you believe that...I have never been healthy. So here are my goals for March:

CW: 140.6
GW: 135.0

I want to workout 28/31 days! I hope everyone does great for their goals of March! GL.

    Your topic "March Goals" caught my attention and wow, congratulations on all of your success you have had. I haven't set any March Goals, what a fantastic reminder. I think I will write a few down...who knows maybe I can meet a few of them as you have done? you give me hope!

February Goals

Ok the past 2 weeks have past and it's been a tough few weeks. 2 weeks ago I set a goal to hit 150 by 02/02/11. Sadly I still have yet to hit that goal but came very close (151.6)...Although it's still a bit early to tell I am pretty good at telling how my weight fluctuates and I have been going downwards at a pretty steady rate. These past 2 weeks it's drastically slowed .. in fact its bouncing and wishy washy. I have been bouncing between 153 and 151...and it's beyond frustrated and I know many people go threw month long plateaus but I really HATE it....So I lowered my standards from 8 pounds a month to 6 pounds a month and hope that February I get down to 146 ....all though if I get lower that would be fantastic!

This month I'm determined to workout 24/28 days and heres my January statz:

For the month of January 2011 I lost... a whopping 9 pounds which is beyond awesome. I worked out 27/31 days and my goal was 26/31---So heres Feb.

Weight Goal: 146
Exercise Goal: 24/28

I have hit all my goals for the past 2 weeks and I'm beyond excited...
So heres to new goals for the next two weeks which I want to hit by 02/02/11.

Weight Goal: 150
Exercise Goal: 5x a week
