Good morning all,
If you kept up with my blogs, then you know I went on a mini vacation this past week. Three days of relaxing ...well not all the time. I hiked up my calories and my workouts.
I went to the free breakfast and had an egg white omelette with veggies, and some grapefruit. For lunch and dinner my fiancée and I would get one healthy choice and share it, this not only help with the calories but also in the money pocket, when things are tough all over.
The hotel had a gym as most do, and I was able to get in a workout everyday and my fiancé and I would walk to places instead of taking the rental.
I think as long as you vacation with a plan in mind, and do your check of the hotel and what they offer and what kinds of food are nearby, anyone can have an awesome vacation without gaining weight.
Well that's it for now, I was moving my fiancée in Saturday and Sunday and even my fingers are tired...
