I'm not afraid!!

Well that's not exactly right...I was this morning as I got up and returned to the gym to get back to where I need to be and to make the scale suffer as it goes down!! Last time I was at the gym I got really dizzy and had to stop before passing out, had blood tests done it was a big mess, but today I woke up with purpose of mind and body and THANKED THE LORD for the day he has made for me and I will rejoice in it!!!

So I hit the gym and started slowly but when I did not feel dizzy I went a little extra not alot but better than I thought, as fear went away and power returned!!!

I'm no longer afraid and will be back tomorrow!!!

When does the dizziness occur? When bending over? In bright light-yellow spots? Do you get a blackout? Careful of low blood pressure, labile blood pressure, or perhaps glucose levels if too high or too low....or other things.... Don't know. But for some, it's kind of a lifetime thingy....but let us know how the blood tests go.... Report Inappropriate Comment

Yesterday I was reminded of how strong faith is, I have always had a strong faith in God and know that he walks with me, but sometimes things of this world knock us to the ground and our faith is tested!!

I will be firm and know that nothing in front of me is as strong as my God beside me!! We must also have faith in ourselves, that we can do anything with Gods help, nothing is impossible and Gods timing is perfect, all will come to pass in his time!!

So I say to you my sparksisters and brothers be strong in faith and know that if you are going through a dark time the light that is God will always lead you out of the darkness and back to the light if you have faith!!

Hi my spark sisters and brothers lately as you may have noticed I haven't really been fired up, I tried but I had to have blood work done and it was weigh in on my mind :-( I went 3 times to give blood for the blood work The first time they came back all crazy my cholesterol was higher than last time I had myself check, my vitamin D was low, and a couple of other things I won't bore you with. I told my Doctor the tests were wrong because I have been eating healthy and even though I was hurting I was still walking. So that's when he ordered another 2 tests about a week apart. I was like

Yesterday late afternoon I got the call from the Doctor he said their must of been a mix up because my cholesterol was down 17 points to a healthy 195, and all my other stuff came back great!! I was so relieved

So this morning I started back with strength training light of course it's been a while for me and I'm going to hit the gym tomorrow and see how that goes!! I'm all excited I want to be healthier I'm almost at 25 time 2 yrs of age!!!

So final words I'm back and will be pushing the limits soon!!
