I've struggled with emotional/stress eating, stressing about that over which I have control and wondering if I can pull it all together at the end of the day. So tonight's blog is to celebrate the changes I've noticed over the past several months - a celebration AND a reminder to keep on with my lifestyle changes.
Things to celebrate include having more energy, feeling less pain in my joints, being able to sleep better at night and having fewer instances of acid reflux!! I am less out of breath when I do things and my recovery time after exercise is much better.
So although my weight loss has not been as it could be, I am newly resolved to get back/stay on track. I've recently added Zumba to my exercise routine and I am hoping this change will shake things up a bit and propel me forward off my plateau.
