Six months ago, I started my current weight loss program. I had done it before so I knew I could do it. I thought it might be harder to lose weight since I was older, but surprisingly I have lost weight at the same rate I did last time. This time I have done more strength training, so I feel like my muscles are stronger. I also eat more whole grains and have had fewer food temptations on a daily basis.
