so it has been almost a month since i started sparkpeople and i have been very faithful to my treadmill and to tracking my food and fitness. i even did my measurements!!!! (still have to get the courage to get a pic on here) so i have lost 3 pounds and i know we arnt supposed to go by the scale, but it is frustrating. i really thought that i would have lost more than that by now. im not quitting by any means, it is just frustrating. so i put in a new piloxing dvd and i think i have a loooong way to go before i can do that. i was on the floor saying what the f&*@ am i trying to do....i couldnt even figure out what the instructor was doing!!! so i put in good old turbo jam....yes it is like 7 yrs old ( the dvd looks new cause i have only used it a couple of times...hehehehe) but it does what chalene says....so i am going to do my turbo jam and my walking dvds and my treadmill and see what happens. as for st....sorry but i hate it...i know it is good for you and helps with calorie burn but at this point i am just proud that i have worked out for a month straight everyday....ok i think i have taken 2 days off...but anyway it will come. so here is to a new week and another month and hopefully less of me!!!!
