Having a lack of motivation today... I think partially due to lack of sleep and lack of a job right now. Feeling kind of down. Think I will go for a walk in a bit =)

    Lack of sleep always messes with my mind. (yuck!) It's hard to get up and walk (or do anything good) when you are feeling no motivation. I hope that you do go because it helps so much. It's so easy to just let it pass by! You can do this! Today is only one day. We can do this!!! I will walk/run when I get home! emoticon

Feeling pretty good today. Went for a walk with the pup, then came home and wanted to eat everything in the house =). So I stopped and thought about how good I was feeling and that I am FINALLY making progress. Drank some water, now ok. Going out to eat tonight with a friend and usually I will figure the day is wasted so I will eat everything. Not today- YAY!!!

Going to eat as healthy as I can tonight and see how it goes.

Didn't want to weigh in today because I didn't want to see it. But glad I did! Did not have the best weekend eating, but ate well yesterday. I feel so much better and energetic when I eat eggbeaters, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and a ton of salad/veggies. I actually WANT to clean and organize today. That never happens hehehe.

Darn it!!!! I am such a cheater!!! After having a GREAT first few days I was with my friends and family and decided it would be a great idea to eat like a pig. Pigs are cute though, and I am not right now. I am mad at myself, but today is a new day!! I will weigh in tomorrow =)

    We've all done it. Easy on yourself - treat yourself today the way you would a lifetime friend who slipped up. You can do this, you know that. So just hug that girl who made a mistake, tell her to smile and take a couple of deep breaths, and maybe advise her to "try easy" instead of "try hard." ...and maybe stop calling her names?? emoticon

5.6 lost after SG 3 day prep yay!!!

Done with the 3 day prep and down 5.6 (172.4 to 166.8 this morning) YAY!!! I am so excited!!! It is hard but I am figuring out that as a vegetarian, I have depended WAY too much on carbs. I ate so much pasta, bread, junk that no wonder I was stuck. I know things work differently for everyone, and since this is working for me right now I am going with it!! =)

And not to worry, I am eating a lot!! Egg beaters 2-3 servings a day, 1-2 greek yogurts, big salads with fat free dressing (spinach, broccoli, green peppers, and sometimes cottage cheese). Plus a ton of water!

    Jill! Need I say that I am impressed?! Your new menu sounds much better than your old Vegetarian diet. WTG on your weight loss and closer to goal!
