I do a variety of exercises (run, walk, spin, Body Pump, Body Combat, yoga), but I can still find myself in a rut if I'm not careful to mix it up. What I've been doing for the past few days is swapping morning workouts for evening workouts. Whichever time I choose for my workout, I make sure I go for a brisk walk either the evening or monring that same day. This seems to be working, and my body is "fooled" so far.
