Just measured myself and I'm still the same as before, but I've noticed I've got a lot more tone! I'm really excited about thisbecause I believe I may have hit my measurements and am just going to be toning from now on. I feel great and am starting to look great, I think!

IMt workout consist of strength training and TONS of crunches, side crunches, etc. and also running 1.5 miles! And 2 days a week I work out twice aday! I also, spend alot of time outside with my son! Whether it be going to the Zoo, Sedgwick County Park, or walking around the neighborhood! My husband and I work on one of the houses his dad bought and we are flipping, painting outside/inside, carpeting, etc. We swim, go to the lake, camp, fish, andthing fun to do with summer!
I am feeling so confident for my husband and I's late honeymoon to Hawaii in September! I;m cnfident I will have a "rockin" body by then!

Hey all! I foggot to post th last week because it was SOOOOOO busy! My son just turned 1 on Friday the 13th! So exciting!
Anyways! I've lost 2 more pounds! I'm now just 4 lbs away from my goal! Not sure if I have lost any inches but I will check that next week! :)

Ok, it's been awhile since I have blogged and kept up with everything on here! I know excuses excuses, but my son's 1st birthday is next Friday so I have been swamped with making his decorations and invitations!!!
Anyways....I'm back! hahah
I have, in total, lost 6 lbs and2 inches! I'm so excited!
I have been busy fishing, gardening and working outside! I have been running at least twice a week though. And of course carrying around my 25lb son!hahah
Thank you all for encouraging me! It's a lot of work to be a new mom and want to look great, but I'm doing it!

This is actually my 5th week, but had to take a week off due to feeling ill.
I got weighed yesterday at the doctor and I weighed myself this morning and I'm at 115 lbs. From being sick I lost about 6lbs from not being able to eat, so I'm glad I have gained some of that back in a healthy way! So weighing 115 lbs, I am back to where I started before I got sick, which some people would be discouraged, but I'm glad I got that weight back from eating. I went an entire week with only eating 1,000 calories the whole week.
Anyways, I have started walking with the pedometer to help track my steps, which is just another motivator for me since I've been so sick. I still feel really weak and queasy, but I will do what I can to make my goals without hurting myself. It may just be working in the garden for a couple days, but at least I'm not just sitting down doing nothing.
I have been doing a lot of crunches, situps and stretches from my abdomen, and I have to say, I can DEFINATELY see a difference there! I'm on my way!
My original goal was to weigh 107lbs by my son's 1st birthday (May 13th), but, as long as I get to 112 lbs and stay there with a toned body, I wouldn't be disappointed. I know that this sickness has really put me back. It's going to be hard to get to where I was, but I'm determined to do it!

Weighed in Saturday and didn't lose anything, but I can tell my body is changing! This week is going to be a little difficult for me to workout and I'm nervous that I'm going to fall off track.
I start working again and I'm working everyday but Sunday. I will let you know how it goes.
My plan for this week is to do more on the elliptical than I do on the treadmill and a little bit of Tae bo to keep my calories burned number up.
Hopefully with waitressing again, I can burn off a lot of calories working since I'll be walking nonstop! I'm seriously considering buying a pedometer and tracking my steps since I'm working again and don't have a lot of time to work out. That might help me to think I'm working out a little bit.
