Well I made it through day one and day two.
I made the mistake of weighing myself this am, I had gained a little and by a little I mean less then half a pound. But it still kind of sucks to see numbers going up instead of down. I really need to not weigh in on odd days.
I am going to try to take a walk today. It was looking kind of dark to the west though, so it may have to wait till later. It has been rainy here. Much needed rain though, and it has been nice.
I blew my diet a little bit yesterday, but that is ok. We had a nice day. We took the boys to see Madagascar 3 (at the cheap theater). So I had some popcorn, and allowed my self a bottle fo sweet tea.

Today I started the Official Jump-Start Your Fitness Challenge. The first video was tough. I kind of expected it to be tough, since I haven't been exercising. It was only 8 min so at least that was good. Now to keep going. For the week I need to do a video a day, and do 5 extra cardio for this week.
I am hoping that doing the chalange will get me back on the exercise band wagon. Maybe When I am done I will think about doind C25K again.. maybe.
The trick is to keep moving forward.

so my goals are
no soda (met)
weigh 165 (not met)
drink 8 8oz glasses of water (met)
exercise 10 min a day (not met)
so no soda I am doing really good at. I am getting closer to weighing 165, I was 166.4 yesterday, so if everything goes as planned this week I should meet that goal next week. I am thinking of adding a goal of like a pound or two a week. I have to think about it. I still haven't done 10 min of exercise a day, exercising is something I just can't seem to get onto. Water, I drink tons of it since I gave up soda.
so my short term goals for next week are
drink 8 80z of water
exercise 10 min a day.

Well at the end of the night, I blew it. In a few different ways. I had a pina colada frozen pouch that I decided I should have. Then after having maybe half of that I was craving the french onion dip that I forgot to put out for the birthday party (it was yummy).
I did a little damage control, but not drinking the whole pina colada, and i only had like 5 chips. but i was already towards the top of my calories, so I went over. But the problem is I had already taken a break day on my youngest 4th birthday party.
Today is a new day, though. So I will work on my decisions today and not worry about yesterdays!

Well yesterday I took a break for my almost 4 year old's birthday party. It was a great day. Lots of friends and family, and some pretty good food. I didn't gorge myself, although I probably ate to many snacks. For supper I only had a bbq pork sandwich, and I tried to pick up a carrot or celery stick here and there. But I also enjoyed the taco dip, and the loaded potato dip. And the cake and ice cream.
We had a great day. Nolan got some good gifts (lots of jake and the never land pirates toys.) I am taking him shopping on Friday to get a gift from us. I may also do some clothes shopping, maybe.
Well I better get going.
