The holidays are done, Today I got on track with my eating and with drinking. I have started on a good foot today. I have tracked everything I at so far, which isn't much since it isn't even lunch time yet.
I missed weighing my self this week, which is fine, I almost don't want to know. If I think about it i will weigh myself tomorrow am.
I also have not been exercising much, I really need to get on that, as I have been saying for months.
My goals are the same as they have been.

so i am back up again. I was so happy to be down to 157, and now i have blown it again..
so now hopefully to get back on track.
or to just try to stay close to even over the holidays. I need to be better at charting. i haven't been doing well overall.
155 not there yet, but it will stay the same
drink water, i have also been struggling with this, stay the same
exercise... continue this one
I am going to start Pilates today. Lets see how this works.

I just blew away 160. I hope I stay bellow it now. I can not believe it. That puts me 17lbs down. I am ecstatic.
I changed my picture on my sparkpage to the 15lbs down instead of 12. I am spreading the word, I am about to text my dear hubby. I did have to get a new scale, so it may have inflated my weight a little. My old scale, had been kind of wonky, going through batteries really quickly, not turning off sometimes, and sometimes it would have like 178 as 0 (meaning when nothing was on it, instead of 0 it said like 178)
Now i need to start exercising more.
1.. weigh 155 (not there yet, but working on it)
2.. drink 10 glasses of water a day (not been doing great here either)
3. exercise daily... (not so good here either.)

oh and the best part.. i have passed halfway. i have like 12lbs to go till i reach 145, and i have lost 17. how cool is that.

so lets just keep them the same.
I have gained like 3 lbs again over Thanksgiving, I will probably loose it right before Christmas only to gain it again. This is what happened between Halloween and Thanksgiving.
I did not exercise last week, but I did do some this week, so I am just going to keep at it.
I am continuing to drink water

I seem to have been MIA from here again. probably because I had gone back up again, although I thought I had written about that. (will have to check)
weigh 160 (done)
drink 8-10 glasses of water a day (so/so)
do c25k 3 times per week (not)
So My weight is down to 160 today, so I will adjust that goal to 155. Can't wait to get there!!!
Water... well I have not been doing as well with that as I had been in the past. Not sure why just haven't been. I suspect that part of my problem is that I need to start early to get it all in. I have a cup that holds 3 cups. I need to drink at least one before lunch, so I have 3 cups done, then 3 between lunch and supper, and the last one I need to finish off around supper or shortly after. (don't want to be up all night peeing you know.)
C25K. I now remember why I had issues with this last fall, after I completed the program, I stopped as it got colder. I was going to try to stick with it, but have not. Between time change, and the weather, I just haven't been doing it. I am not sure If I am going to continue with C25k or not. I probably should. Well crap I will try, although probably not this week. (as we are leaving town to see family on Wed.)
